The primary objective outlined by the client for the interior design of the hotel room and its 3D visualization is to embody modernity, anti-vandalism, and cost-effectiveness. Emphasis is placed on fixed elements, ensuring no movable, opening, or retractable features. Finishes are to be low-maintenance and impact-resistant. The decor scheme must seamlessly align with the hotel's overarching concept. Additionally, preference is given to chairs and armchairs from a reputable brand, renowned for their quality and ease of replacement if needed
I utilized a metal base to save on budget—an age-old trick, but balanced with other minimalist elements, preventing the interior from appearing overly loft-inspired. Additionally, I positioned a full-length mirror on the base, creating a concealed space underneath where a safe is hidden, allowing for discreet also luggage storage. The luggage shelf turned out to be spacious, and I managed to install two clothing racks for visitor convenience. Given the hotel's cold climate, this setup provides a designated area for outerwear. Moreover, the walls and doors in the hallway area are clad in anti-vandal HPL panels with an intriguing texture
To prevent the small TV, which looked disproportionate and lonely on the long wall, I extended the metal strip along the entire length of the wall and created the illusion of a 'suspended TV.' Following suit, a small round mirror hangs adjacent to it. This design tactic distracts from the TV's small size and gives the impression that it's intentionally designed that way. Of course, the TV isn't actually hanging; it's mounted on the wall with a concealed bracket at the back
The panels behind the bed are crafted from the same anti-vandal material - HPL panels. The texture, resembling fabric, is incredibly realistic yet far more sturdy and resistant to damage. The wall ornamentation is applied using stencils—a budget-friendly solution that can be replicated in each room, seamlessly aligning with the hotel's brand guidelines. This ornamentation can be replicated at the reception, in restaurants, with variations in design
